As a longtime resident of the metro Denver area, I've watched the peaks and valley of the real estate market. Having purchased my first home almost 30 years ago. It showed me the value of owning a home, moving to make your home meet your lifestyle and watching my investment grow with the market. My goal is to convey all the necessary information for clients to make the most informed decision on moving forward to buy or sell and make your home meet your lifestyle needs.

Growing up in Colorado has been a fantastic experience. After camping along with the front range, hiking and watching my father and brother sell real estate, those experiences gave me a passion to continue helping others doing the same. Along with the Kiwanis Club of Lakewood, I continue to assist children and families around the world.

Along with my family, we continue to enjoy the Colorado lifestyle at the foot of the Rocky Mountains.

They have been happily married for over 30 years, and together they raised two wonderful children: Jeremy and Mae. They are also the proud grandparents of their granddaughter Zoey. Carla’s passions include cooking, entertaining, the arts, music, and traveling to far-flung destinations to experience other cultures.
